This is almost a week ago, by now the roof trusses are on and plywood covered. What a nice place underneath for a mini pub, shelter, cob oven outside with garden instead of rocks.

Looking the other way from THREE. This is the backside (north side) of ONE still with scaffolding. Different colour scheme between east and west units.

Still looking at the backsides, this is TWO, with ONE in the background. What about all that bush on the adjoining property?

Some of the equipment required to do the job. Look at that grey sky, kind of unusual after experiencing four months with virtually no precipitation.

Oh oh, not too level in THREE. After initial rain we see pooling of water. This will be levelled with the addition of cement covering as a sound barrier for activity in the basement.

Nice clean lines of Heggelund's new wharf next door. The pile driver is gone, never to return?

New retaining wall on east side of property between Heggelund's driveway and ours. Totally different levels of the two driveways because ours cuts across diagonally to the water while their's goes steeply straight down.

Quite the height difference between our two driveways, hence requiring a retaining wall.

Speaking of retaining walls ~ the forms are now installed for a retaining wall under the cedar fence at the west boundary of our property. But oops ~ we are now proud owners, almost, of the next door properties. Too late to stop the wall and fence between the two properties.
