This position doesn't date back as far as the other two but it is a nicer shot including water and beach.
You can see that FOUR is up and running. It is roofed with roll on torch on. Forms for THREE are starting just today, Monday 150713.

As discussed at the last site meeting the plan is to remove the stairs and this wall immediately, like tomorrow, so that the fire sprinkler crew can place the scaffolding where the stairs used to be.
